Raleigh, founded 2001
A North Raleigh pizzeria and Italian restaurant opened in 2001 by chef Carlo Nicolazza, who came from Naples. Thin-crust pizza, pasta, subs, calzones and house entrées, with lunch specials Monday through Saturday from 11 AM to 3 PM.
Bella Italia also caters, with delivery for catering orders.
Wilmington, founded 2007
An Italian restaurant at The Forum on Military Cutoff Road serving fresh pasta, antipasti, brick-oven pizza and seafood, with a full bar and wine list.
Sunday brunch buffet from 10 AM to 2 PM. Reservations, pickup orders, catering and private parties are all booked through the restaurant's site.
